• Rice / Chicken stew with potatoes, carrots & onion

• Noodles with Minced Chicken & Vegetables &     omelette

• Green Bean / Red Bean Soup

  Wednesday

• Oats, raisins & milk

• Chicken soup served with rice & vegetables
(potato/white carrot/lotus root/mushroom, etc)

• Grilled or mashed             potatoes

Thursday

• Scrambled eggs &
Baked Beans

• Fried Rice & Omelette
• Fish Porridge & Omelette

• Muffins / Garlic Bread

Friday

• Paratha

• Pasta with vegetables / mushrooms/ chicken

• Cornflakes with milk

• We serve brown / black rice and use brown sugar and sea salt.
• Bread served is with wheatgerm / wholemeal.
• All meat served is halal. No pork & beef is served.
